Excellent restaurant - we ate there every night and, as my wife is vegetarian, the chef was most accommodating. The staff were friendly and very helpfull and attentive. An excellent hotel.

We loved the location right by the lake. The breakfast was delicious with fresh juices and a large variety of cakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even offering us coffee while we waited for our late flight. We also enjoyed the beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere.
Everything great.

Whilst the location was 2Km outside the town, it was only a £4 taxi ride and the quite location was well worth the short ride (we walked along the sea-wall which was very pleasant and only took 25 minutes). The staff were fantastic and helpful beyond the call of duty. This is a 5 star hotel only charging a 3 star price - you will not be dissapointed!
Nothing to dislike.

The facility inside is quite nice. The WiFi was good.
It is miles from the city, the staff has only rudimentary English, is I'll prepared for information beyond the very basics, breakfast is very basic, poor parking facilities, roads into the hotel are unfinished, full of holes and dust, beyond the bed, the rooms have no functional furniture (no desk, decent night able), an ancient box tv (11 inches), with poor reception, there is a "no food in the room" restriction policy, too expensive for the service/comfort they provide.

This hotel boasts stunning views and a peaceful location just outside the town. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with clean and adequate bathrooms. You can expect high quality service, with staff willing to help and ensure your stay is unforgettable. the breakfast is tasty and free, and there is a restaurant which offers great cuisine at reasonable prices. the hotel also has free WiFi and helpful facilities for arranging excursions.
While the location offers great views, it may take some time to get to downtown activities.

Nice view. Close to the lake and you can see a lot of birds. Quiet and confortable.
It is far from the central town. I chose this hotel because they have sauna and hot tub. I thought it is nice to get in after the trekking but sauna was under constraction and hot tub was covered and not used for long time.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on the outskirts of town with stunning views of the lake. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a warm welcome and even arranging for a tour pick-up that wasn't included in their services. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and upgraded bathroom. The hotel grounds were beautiful, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast included in my stay was delicious, offering a great start to my day.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

The staff were most welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us, booking trips and flights to assist us. We enjoyed an excellent dinner despite being the only diners that evening, everything was fitted to our needs. We found the location peaceful and the advantage of being on the glacier side of town, thus being the last pick up on most tours. We were happy to take a quick taxi ride to the town one evening, taxis are cheap and easy to get.

The room was very nice. Internet was very fast.
The breakfast was a bit poor. Bread was dry. They promissed a pool and sauna in the website, but they were still building it. Far away from the center. There was a list with houserules in the room which forbids to bring food to the room.

Great location for glacier pick up, peaceful and picturesque surroundings. Rooms are clean and spacious with adequate bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff can arrange activities, call cabs, and make dinner reservations. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi, with stunning lake views.
Slightly far from downtown, but cabs are easily accessible. Sparse room decor.

Very nice, comfrotable and cosy hotel. Constructed and decorated with a good sense of style. Feels like being at home. Very freindly and not self-imposing stuff.
Too far from the centre of the city (35-40 min on foot), quite poor breakfast, no fridge in a room.
